Shipping policy
This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make an order from the Mental Health Foundation for Pink Shirt Day resources. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at resource@mentalhealth.org.nz.
Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
Shipping is free. To keep costs down, we ask that you please provide a street address or PO Box address that can be posted to in New Zealand. Please avoid addresses that have no delivery point (letterbox), such as schools and offices. If in doubt, please use a residential home address.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched the same or the next business day. Please note, with the omicron outbreak circumstances might arise that make this impossible, in which case delays may occur.
Delivery Address
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.
International Orders
Please note we cannot ship outside of New Zealand. You can download all resources and print them locally if required.
Tracking Your Order
As we use postal delivery, we cannot provide tracking details. Please make sure your address is a correct postal address, and allow plenty of time before Pink Shirt Day.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from us, please email resource@mentalhealth.org.nz to arrange a refund. Please include your order number and the email address used to order. We will of course refund any purchases.
